This document helps XCash merchants complete balance recharge in the console to ensure the account always has sufficient balance to pay invoice fees and maintain interface availability.
1. Supported Assets and Networks
Recharge Asset: USDT.
Blockchain Network: Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20).
Each merchant has a permanently valid recharge address, corresponding to the
Balance Direct Recharge Addressdisplayed in the console. This address is derived from an HD wallet based on the user ID, maintaining uniqueness and stability.Do not transfer other chains or tokens to this address, otherwise it cannot be automatically recognized and recovery is not guaranteed.
2. Operation Steps
Log in to the merchant console at
https://dash.xca.shand go to the Dashboard homepage.View the
BalanceandBalance Direct Recharge Address(an Ethereum address in the format0x...) in the top card.Initiate a transfer using your own wallet or exchange:
Select Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20);
Select USDT as the token;
Customize the amount, recommended ≥10 USDT at a time to amortize on-chain gas costs;
Prepare a small amount of ETH to pay for network fees.
3. FAQ
Recharge not credited after a long time: Please verify the following:
Whether Ethereum Mainnet was selected, other networks (such as TRON) cannot be recognized;
Whether the transferred asset is USDT, other tokens will not be credited;
Whether block confirmation is complete, you can check the transaction status on a block explorer;
If all of the above are correct, please send the Tx Hash to
[email protected]for manual assistance.
Will the recharge address change: The address is bound to the merchant account and can be reused long-term;
Minimum/maximum amount limits: The system does not enforce limits, but it is recommended to recharge ≥10 USDT at a time to avoid frequent small transactions that waste on-chain fees. For large recharges (>50,000 USDT), please notify the customer success team in advance for risk assessment.
